• Voucher will be emailed to recipient within 24hrs of purchase

• Valid between 02.01.25 and 31.03.25 only; Selection Box vouchers cannot be extended

• Selection Box courses must be taken by 31.03.25 for Christmas promotion to apply

• Valid for treatments as described and cannot be amended, exchanged or refunded

• No cash alternative

• Bookings must be made in advance by calling 01235 521555 and are subject to availability

• Selection Box offers cannot be booked online

• Please have e-voucher number to hand when booking to cover your booking fee

• Usual Cancellation/Reschedule/Amendment policy and Failure to Attend policy applies to all advent vouchers; cancelling with less than 48 hours notice, or failing to attend your appointment altogether, will render the voucher void

• Packaged services must be taken in one appointment on the same day and not split individually

• Selection Box courses valid for one person only

• Please check the recipient email address carefully. Utopia Beauty Salon cannot be held responsible for e-vouchers sent to the incorrect email address if entered incorrectly at checkout

• Selection Box offer may require patch test at least 48 hrs prior

• Selection Box vouchers can be redeemed at either of our salons, with the exception of the ‘Whip Into Shape’ package and Deep Tissue Upgrades, which are available exclusively at our Abingdon location.
